No. I dislike nearly all of it, and seldom listen to any except Radio 3 in my wife’s car.
I currently play clarinet in a wind band and viola in an orchestra, but have a collection of about 150 instruments and have at one time or another played all the orchestral and brass band instruments except Horn, Trombone and Harp; as well as Recorders, Viols, Classical and baroque guitars, Serpent, Cornetto, Renaissance wind and Baroque recorders, including several sizes and historical models of flute and clarinet, left handed clarinets etc.
Half a century ago I did a lot of solo singing and in large choruses with orchestra, in opera, and in churches.
At 78 I won’t be the one to “Sound an alarm” again.
I am out of sympathy with any music written after about 1810, and with performances of earlier music by non HIP specialists. Most music written before 1500 is probably not credibly recoverable, and non Western regional idioms seem ’Foreign’ to me.
I wasn’t very pleased with what I was playing today in the orchestra either.
No, if it isn’t by JS Bach, or his near contemporaries and North German precursors, and played in an Historically Informed Performance style, I probably won’t like it at all.
I don't just like music; I love it! I've grown up with music. I grew up to listening to Green Day, Nirvana, and Tom Petty. My dad used to always play their music in the car. As I've grown up, my music taste has dramatically changed. I listened to pop, then country, the back to pop, and now I listen to rock. My favorite band is Avenged Sevenfold. They have amazing music. The reason I feel in love with them was because of their song “A Little Piece Of Heaven". They have everything you could want in a song and made it amazing. I feel like the harder sound of bands are better because I feel like they put everything they have into their songs and that's what makes me like Avenged Sevenfold even more. They put a lot of meaning into their songs and the guitar melody and the intense drum beats just makes me so excited. When I first saw them live, I kind of cried the next day listening to the songs that I heard live because hearing them live and seeing they are just as good live as the recording made me love their music even more. I have a really close emotionally connection to music. It runs through my veins and I just love it.
我是因?yàn)樗麄兊母枨?a little piece of heaven”而喜歡上他們的。
I love music. It transforms your mood and takes you back to memories of where you were the first time you heard a particular song. It brings about endorphins in your brain which can be considered a natural high and brings about great happy feelings (and sadly, maybe some bad memories) but it puts you in touch with your feelings. There is beauty in every song. When you consider the human talent that went into creating that song, it is overwhelming. I wake up many mornings with lyrics and a tune for a song. I have read that's how it usually happens. Music is one of the best things we have in life, and I've noticed that those who have no real appreciation for music usually have severe mental issues without the capacity to enjoy music. Think about classical music and when most of it was created—it's timeless. Jimi Hendrix said "music is a safe kind of high." We are so lucky to have this beautiful gift of music.

Yes…Definitely..
Music actually is extremely addictive stuff especially for those who know that they have to choose a different profession but are equally in love with music…as is the case with me :/
Music is so enjoyable for singers…musicians.. composers…instrumentalists…etc that it's feeling cannot be described when they make music…and this is from my personal observation.
Even I'm a singer..composer and instrumentalist…so it's needless to say how much I love music…but the biggest problem in my life is that I'm good in studies and so…my parents being doctor are absolutely inclined to make me one too…
So I've to compromise music totally for being a doctor… :(((((
This situation might seem very common to you…but it's actually very very tough on those…who are actually experiencing this trouble…just like me.
My name is Destiny and I am a music addict. My music addiction started the moment I was in my mother’s womb.. She would pace the floors listening to records. After I was born I was still exposed to music. Both of my parents love music. However, they both have different taste. Growing up I would spend my days watching MTV and listening to my mother play the awesome hair bands of the 80’s like Cinderella, Firehouse, White Snake, Alice Cooper, Lita Ford and Black Sabbath. Then when she would go to work in the evening my dad would come home and put on records. He loved the oldies like The Rightous Brother’s and loved Billy Joel and Rod Stewart. So yep listening to music all day and evening made me a music lover and today I still am. I have a mp3 player with close to a hundred songs. I listen to it every morning before work or taking my son to school and listen to music on the way to and from work. I listen to music before I go to bed. Music is my life and without it I would be totally lost.
Songs and Lyrics Can Mean So Much.
Music is the art of creating expressions of an effect, like emotions and situations. Music can describe feelings and thoughts that many people can have. Music is a natural tool because it is a way of communication.
Studies have shown that people who listen to music are much more smarter, retain more information, and are in better moods for longer periods of time than those people who did not listen to any music at all throughout the day.
Music calms me down when i am stressed angry or sad, music just relaxes my brain when i am doing homework or bored. For me it (music) just puts everything into place when i get stressed.
Music is an element of life.
Music is extremely important to life as it, like said, has a huge influence on you mood. It also livens life.
Music should be included in every one's life, either the radio or even online, for an expression of themselves.

No.
I love it.
And if I don’t love it, I don’t listen.
Just kidding, I do love music. I sort of do music for a living, and have been playing guitar for 21 years.
My all time favorite band is Iron Maiden.
But I believe awesome music exists in all music, even my least favorite genre, modern pop. It all depends on artistry, being dedicated to your craft, and looking to craft the best music that you’re able to.

O! Yes! My life is incomplete without music. I think music is essential for every human in this world. I cannot be myself if I don't hear music. I love melodies very much. Each and every music gives a different feel and tunes are just like that registered in hearts. When you feel lonely, music remains as a Best companion. That's the feeling I got during my experience. Music is an emotion, it is art and a heart beat too!(for me ). Nobody in this world hates music. If there is somebody how says Yes for this, then they are the most unluckiest person living on the earth!
I personally like music as I find it may help you to destress and relax.Sometimes when you go jogging and listen to music it(especially fast-paced music)it will increase your running pace.Sometimes music can make you feel powerful emotions or help you to remember something.Music comes in all forms, electro, classical, pop, rock, blue etc. Music can really come in handy when your trying to make a cool clip of your first backflip or something of great importance to you.If you haven't started listening to music,I'd highly recommend you start.
