I wake up around 5 am every morning. And waking up early in the morning is its self-best habit if someone has.

My morning routine is
As my eyes open on alarms I directly wake up without any procrastination and overthinking in the duvet.
The first thing I do make an ablution but mostly get a cool shower. And it makes my entire day active.
Bruch my teeth.
Drink one fresh full glass of water every morning.
Exercise for 30 minutes stretches my body, and next 30 minutes I do productive meditation. I start meditation about 3 months before, and believe me it changed my life, my brain power, focus and thinking ability.
Read a book only for 15–30 minutes. As I love self-improvement and business books currently I read the book “ 7 habits of highly effective people” by Stephen R. Covey.

I set at least 2 obxtives and want to ask myself at the end of that day. The entire day my focus is accomplished that.
“Wake up early. Be ambitious. Get stuff done.”
I get a Healthy breakfast ( Mostly I take tea with Parata and egg ).
Then if I have time, I start watching the news, check my social sites.
“Early sleep and early wake up gives health and makes you grow.”

Next, I put some spititual songs on TV and freshen up. I take bath and get ready for puja.
Once,my daily puja is done,I make a cup of coffee for myself ans sit in the balcony while enjoying it. This is the best time for me.
Around 6:30, I watch some good speeches by sadguru or sister shivani( whichever I like to watch)
By 7 am,I start preparing breakfast and lunch box for husband. He gets up around 7:30am, comes directly in to the kitchen to wish me Good morning :)
Then he is served with hot cup of tea and he starts getting ready for office.

Then I freshen up,around 10:30, I start organizing home. It hardly takes fifteen to twenty minutes.
Then I sit with one book that I keep as a target to complete within a week. I read it till I am bored. Then,I go through daily current affairs. I don't like reading newspaper,but I go through different current affairs sites.
Then I watch some series on Netflix

I get up and chat with my friends in our society. Almost everyday we have a get together( not like kitty parties,but just standing and chit chatting).
Our topics range from hairstyles to education system and children and their education. Then I come back to my work and start preparing dinner.
Once dinner is done I clean my kitchen and I am done with cooking activities for the day.
Evening by 6:30 Once husband comes back,I give him a cup of tea and some instant snacks and I am off with my friends for a walk.
We all enjoy a lot walking,talking,playing with kids. Last month we ladies had a badminton tournament in our society. Though I am not good at sports, I participated.
We have small fests every bi monthly basis. Active participation helps me to keep myself upbeat.

This is an average day in my life. Initially it was very difficult for me to frx myself in to this,but once I decided to quit my job,it became much easier for me.

My routine doesn't apply during traveling and during weekends.
I try to wake up in between 5 to 5:30am in the morning.
As soon as I get up I make my bed first thing in the morning. I arrange the pillows and my quilt.
I get fresh and does all the morning routine and have half liter of water that is copper charged. It reduces the heat in your body, as I live in a very hot climate this is a useful thing to do.
I get ready and at 6am I go for run. I run 5km daily but sometimes if I decide to do a long run or half marathon with my club then I eat before that. I eat bananas and dry fruits. Sometimes I mix one raw egg in a Mug full of milk (only if I have to run long for long).

Generally I work for 6 to 7 hours on shoot days and 3 to 4 hours on editing days. I try to come back home around 5pm. I do a little exercise since I climb mountains, I do exercises that helps me to have more energy while climbing. If I don't have mood to do exercise then I meet my friends. We hangout but I hardly eat with them because I don't eat outside food especially fast food.
I try to have my dinner at 8pm, I read book after dinner and watch some YouTube or Netflix sometimes. I try to sleep by 9:30 or 10pm. So that I can wake up early in the morning. Well I don't run daily because it's not advised to run daily. But I still wake up early and every non running day I write journal first thing in the morning.

After this i freshen up and go for a morning walk/ joggging by 5:30 am. There's a park near my home where I mostly spend my time during morning walk/jogging. During my morning walk I like to listen to songs which makes me feel more energetic.
I reach back my flat by 6:45 am. While returning I will buy newspaper which I will read once I reach home. I haven't kept newspaper delivery guy as I prefer to buy the newspaper myself since I don't read the same newspaper everyday. Depending upon my mood I will buy different newspapers on different days.
Once I reach home, I relax for sometime and then go and take bath at around 7:15 am . By 7:30 am I will be ready to prepare my breakfast.
I stay alone so I prepare my breakfast myself. Depending upon my mood I will prepare some light breakfast.
While preparing breakfast I will listen to some podcasts related to Latest technologies and Stock markets. While having breakfast I will watch my favourite episodes of Tarak Mehta ka ooltah chashma.(Whether be it breakfast/lunch or dinner I prefer having food while watching episodes of TMKOC-- one of my favourite ).By 8:30 -8:45 I would have completed my breakfast.
From 8:45 am to 10:00 am , I spend time in studying things which will help me in my current career in honing my skills and to be relevant in the current IT industry.
My office work starts sharp at 10 am. I start my office hours by checking my mails and making notes for the to do list for the day then normal monotonous work .
My office work ends by 7:30–8 PM. I am currently learning playing guitar so I practice guitar from 8:30–9;15 PM. After this i prepare my dinnner and complete my dinner by 10:30 PM. Then I spend sometime on social media and sleep by 11:30PM.

I am NOT a morning person, but I live with one. We both work from home, which means we don’t need to get up particularly early (yay!), and my husband wakes up naturally without an alarm clock in plenty of time to get us out of bed early enough.
Depending on whether I had enough sleep the prior night or not, I may or may not wake up naturally myself. If I do—typically between 6:45 and 7:15—I usually turn over and read Nik’s phone over his shoulder for a few minutes (he’s almost always been awake for a while and is lying in bed paging through his Feedly or reading on Facebook when I wake up). Around 7:00 or 7:15, he gets out of bed. I follow a few minutes later.
If I don’t wake up on my own, Nik gently wakes me up by around 7:15. Once I convince myself to get out of bed, I go to the bathroom, put on slippers and maybe a sweatshirt and/or a pair of pajama pants (I usually sleep in a short nightgown, so if it’s chilly I need more layers), and head to the living room.
I poke around on my laptop blearily for a little while, have a small drink (usually milk, but this winter it’s been mostly hot apple cider or herbal tea due to having colds two months in a row and wanting something warm in the morning), and take my small handful of pills (one prescxtion and some vitamins).
Around 8:00, I get up and head to the office—about 15 feet from the sofa, in our second bedroom—and get to work.
Note: It didn’t fit well into describing the flow of our mornings, but I should also note that somewhere around 6:30 our two cats generally start prowling around, trying to make the right kind of noises to get us out of bed so they can have their breakfast. So sometimes my “waking up naturally” is less natural and more cat-induced

Use the bathroom: brush my teeth, etc.
Exercise for 15–30 minutes: jogging in the backyard, yoga, HIIT exercises, bench press, etc.
Eat breakfast, usually oatmeal or pancakes
Take a quick shower
Study for my competitions for 1 hour (in the autumn and winter I have Science Olympiad competitions (may not happen this year due to COVID-19) and in the winter and early spring I have spelling bees and geography bees)
Pack my backpack, double-check my homework, etc.
Walk to the bus stop, which is only a block away, and wait for the school bus, which arrives around 8:45 AM.
Board the school bus, and arrive at school at around 8:50 AM.
We will be doing remote learning at our school due to COVID-19, and hence my schedule will change accordingly. I won’t be packing my backpack or waiting for the bus anymore, instead I will be logging onto my laptop by 9:00 AM and joining my teacher’s Google Meet meeting.

Yes, that was plain and boring and I'm not much aloud a funny man— funny girl, actually. Yeah, I skipped breakfast. I usually do.
