I believe Singapore is capable of hosting Commonwealth Games it all depends on whether the government want to submit a bid. Athletes can stay in 5 stars Hotel instead of a Games village and they will all get to take public transport making the event an environmentally sustainable

Unfortunately The commonwealth games in all grand scheme of things is not the first rated game. The Australian and the Canadian had work out the numbers for us.
