I agree, they are really brave. I visited Shanghai once during Easter. My husband & I enjoyed it so much. I was so determined to go back again. I took the boys there again by myself in June. It was absolutely mental with local tourists from other provinces. Everywhere is packed with people and it was so hot. We ended up visiting one place a day (indoor with air con) and then dinner. Food was amazingly good, so the boys were looking forward to dinner plan everyday

@jaserror the problem with tariff wars is that china are way more prepared this time compared to 2018, u know during 2018 wars, china actually sent representatives to negotiate first and they absorb some of the taxes.. and 6 years is a massive gap , durinfg the 6 year span china already try to reduce their needs from usa and try to multipolarized their sales to every part of the world .. dont get me wrong 500b is still a massive numbers of import sales from usa but is 15% of china total exports .. so it hurts but it wont make china collapse .. and now alot of goods that use to designated to sell to usa only now also sell to their locals.. dont underestimate Chinese patriotism ...

I think you guys are brave to go out during a big holiday. I try and time my China trips to avoid big holidays, and if I were there during one I would prefer to stay with friends and have a quiet day.
