Interest in the Chinese language is growing in Russia, President Vladimir Putin told journalists on the sidelines of the SPIEF 2025 forum, revealing that his own granddaughter speaks the language fluently with her tutor from Beijing.

普京總統(tǒng)在 2025 年圣彼得堡國際經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇間隙向記者表示，俄羅斯國內(nèi)對(duì)漢語的興趣與日俱增，并透露自己的孫女正跟隨來自北京的教師流利使用漢語進(jìn)行交流。

During a late-night Q&A session with heads of international news agencies, the president of xinhua News Agency, Fu Hua, asked President Putin about the deepening humanitarian exchanges between China and Russia – and the Russian leader’s remark last year that his “family members are interested in China, and some of them are learning Chinese.”

在與國際通訊社負(fù)責(zé)人的深夜問答環(huán)節(jié)中，新華社社長傅華向普京總統(tǒng)詢問了中俄人文交流深化的情況——這位俄羅斯領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人去年曾提及"我的家庭成員對(duì)中國很感興趣，其中一些人正在學(xué)習(xí)漢語"。

“When I mentioned that some of my close relatives are studying Chinese, I was referring to my granddaughter, who has a teacher from Beijing and speaks fluently with her in Chinese,” Putin said.

當(dāng)時(shí)我提到有些近親在學(xué)習(xí)漢語，其實(shí)指的是我的孫女，"普京表示，"她有位來自北京的教師，能用漢語與之流暢交談。

“My daughter, back in the early 2000s, started proactively learning Chinese – just because she wanted to. She hired a teacher and studied,” he added.

"我女兒在 2000 年代初就開始主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)中文——純粹出于她自己的意愿。她請(qǐng)了家教進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)，"他補(bǔ)充道。

The Russian president noted that over 50,000 Chinese students are studying in Russia, and more than 21,000 Russian students are studying in China, adding that universities in both nations enjoy direct contacts, further reinforcing ties and “contacts in all fields” between the two countries.

俄羅斯總統(tǒng)指出，目前有超過 5 萬名中國學(xué)生在俄求學(xué)，同時(shí)逾 2.1 萬名俄羅斯學(xué)生在中國學(xué)習(xí)。他還表示兩國高校建立了直接聯(lián)系，這進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化了中俄在各領(lǐng)域的紐帶與"全方位合作"。
